On my way out the door to dinner yesterday my rotors showed up. I took them around to the truck and half assed slid one on the studs just to make sure they were correct. Well the caliper was not on correctly I had it sort of just sitting on the bracket it bolts to and so when I slid the rotor on it stopped part way on. I was trying to leave so I assumed it hit the caliper that I described was possibly in the way. Anyway this afternoon after work I go out to reassemble the brakes and all and the holes are perfect for the threaded part of the stud but where the smooth shoulder starts its slightly larger and guess what isn't big enough to go over.
Anyway I called my brother told him to bring the bit next time he comes by. I am going to drill out the small amount that I need to clear. Well that is the plan anyway.
Before all that happened I remounted the radiator. I still need to address the hose length and trim the fan wiring and relay to fit its new location square behind the cab in front of the bed. Then I found out where I had mounted the battery box was now in the way of the inner fender along with the Derale transmission cooler. So I had to move both of these. I did get a little lucky and the battery cables had enough slack to save some BS there. The transmission cooler I remounted but needed a couple 90° fittings so the 8AN lines didn't have to make a big loop. (The fittings came in just while ago.) I also need to make these lines shorter and the wiring for its fan needs cleaned up as well.
Most of this stuff is simple shit that wont take near as long as trying to mount stuff strait and even where everything clears bars and you can get to things like the drains or fittings to attach or detach hoses etc. Crazy how much thought has to go into some stupid shit some times.
Anyway I did get the wheel tubs mounted in the bed. I just made some L brackets and stuck them where they would hold the fender long enough to get the truck to the fab shop. He is going to put some 1" or so welds equally spaced out around the tubs and I am going to come back with some seam sealer to seal the cracks between the bed and fenders.

Unless you guys have a better idea that is cheaper.
So I need to fix some wiring on these fans and shorten the lines and hoses. Also need to mount my radiator overflow back. Hopefully it goes to shop then gets the fenders welded up, the parachute extended out, and scaled all before the 21st. Shouldn't be a issue right ? Right...
