Not sure if I have mentioned it but I have a guy who I have allowed to be the only person adjusting on the suspension. I'm a firm believer in too many cooks spoiling the brew. :larf:

Seriously the guy has a good track record with quite a few small tire cars here. None as heavy as my truck but some with more power. He scaled my fat girl and put a starting point setup in it earlier this year just to get us started. But with the several other issues I was having we decided to fix these, take the truck home in one piece, and just do some double checking on stuff. We had 2 flats of preload in the top right bar anticipating some movement but its obviously too much.

Normally we would have just did some adjusting then and there. I had a huge fogging issue with my glasses that made driving entertaining. Had a fan not working on my trans cooler. A fuel pick up issue we knew we had, but thought it would be ok, it wasn't. A shifter issue that I really want to verify is just me not a adjustment issue. These are just a few that were really needing addressed. Also being a all new build I just wanted everything underneath looked over just because its some shit we assembled/welded.

Shes gonna be salty just give me a little time we will get her pointed strait. I was really impressed it was picking the tires up with how much I have its dick in the dirt. 22 degrees timing is all it has in it. Slowest pulleys I have on the ProCharger, didn't use trans brake, left at 2000rpm on a shit burnout. I have tons more power to throw at it once we get a little track time to sort it out.

Shes already salty 😆 Just regergitating when I scaled mine the first time , I recall.it was a good thing to be about 60lbs heavier on the right side counter torque steer

Seemed like it went left harder as it got up on the rear tire faster

22deg in the 60ft is spicey

Good deal ya got someone on it, trucks no joke! 😎

Picked up the truck. Got several things fixed and modified.
Adjusted suspension to help correct the left move on launc_h.
Had to move the -16 outlet on fuel tank to a better place. I knew it wasn't gonna be good for a long hit where we had it it was going to loose fuel supply.
Until I can get some dbl adjustable shocks to help control the front end I had some adjustable stops welded in the upper A frames so I can at least limit travel some.
Also had my rear inner fenders welded in.
Last I had the parachute extended out to clear the wing I added.

Still I need to really go over all aspects of the shifter.
I need to re make one fuel line because I moved one regulator.
I already got the anti fog wipes and put some in the truck.
Still need to adjust the parachute cable

My new driving pants showing to be here Thursday. Hope third time is a charm. This is the third ones I’ve got. Seems waist sizes are all over the place.

Work and weather permitting Friday we will be back TnT.
