Mom has decided to sell dads car. It's a 1984 monte carlo ss with a 355 sbc. Still have the original 305 engine also. Great condition, not restored, been in heated garage for years.

I think it has sportsman 2 heads iirc, 30 over 350 sbc. It ran 12.8 at 112mph with a little 750 edelbrock carb and dual plane edelbrock intake with factory suspension (i think he had an air bag in the back corner) He has a new holley and new edelbrock intake for it also, victor jr I think.
I can check tomorrow and get under hood and interior pictures

Yeah, they finally stepped up a bit. That would come with the original 305 ho engine and the new carb and intake also.

It has a 10 bolt rear with 3.73 gears and the tranny has a reverse valve body with a lock up converter.
Edit: just talked to my brother and he and dad put 4.56 gears in it.

Dads brother had the same car also, only bone stock. But he lives a couple hrs away. Wasn't many around here. Our friend had a black grand national also and the farmer I worked for had a grey hurst Olds.
Dad liked ford, chev and dodge and owned lots of all 3, lol.

I don't really want to sell it, mom does. But I've got 5 cars in my garage and my winter car outside. My brother has no room either so....
