Send Cut Send / Superfast Matt...

I looked into them. They stock 4130 sheet in the thicknesses we need. I haven't used them yet.

I still have an OA pattern torch I was going to replace with a plasma table, now I'm just gonna junk the torch machine and use SCS

That boy has done good. 10-12 years from a start up? That'll make your head spin. Or so they say, it has never happened to me. lol

I don't use them I have a guy with a plasma table that cuts all my crap, I send him cut outs and he does all the number punching.

My former life was in fabrication. I can tell you SCS is a phenomenal value. Caveat is you have to make a 3D model to send to them. And, they cut what you send. Make a mistake, it's on you, and you bought it. Free shipping over $40, usually get parts in just over week or so - unless you want expedited.

No DXF or DWGs
nope - no "drawings" / 2D.
Just create model (I use AutoCad Fusion 360 - free), Create a user account, drag and drop model, go through options, material, finish, machine work, check out / pay and wait.
They do laser, waterjet, forming, machine / cnc, powder coat, anodizing and almost anything you need. And materials steel, aluminum, plastics - lots of options
