So, I think my wheel hustle is over, at least for now. Just when good things are on cruise control, everything turns to shit.
The old cunt busy body that lives behind, who I have never seen or spoken with in the 3ish years I've lived here, me strolled over as I was cutting wheels today, and started asking questions - what are you doing - is this a business - are you going to be doing this all the time - you're making a lot of noise - and on and on. I wanted to tell her to mind her own fucking business, but I didn't. I was yes mam - no mam - I understand, mam..
You guys have seen pics where I store my uncut wheels behind the house. One stack of my wheels was on the cement curbing and overhanging it by a half inch. I put it on the curbing to make the stack level so it wouldn't fall over. It was hovering above, but not touching her property. The cement curbing is the property line. She said that stack was blocking the lawn guy from spraying and trimming the grass (b/s). As a result, her grass died. I pointed out other sections of her dead grass, 30' away from my curbing. That didn't amuse her.
Admittedly, I have rolled wheels across her grass to place them behind my house. There is kinda no way to get them back there without doing that. I have been told by her that she doesn't want people walking on her grass. That is her right, and I get it, but wtf.
I got a feeling I'm gonna have the town knocking on my door in the near future. She seems like the type to bitch to whoever will listen. The cops here have nothing to do here (white, safe, quiet, zero crime) so they'll have plenty of time to harass me.. When/if they do show up, I don't want them seeing anything that has to do with tires/wheels.
I am convinced that she is the reason I didn't get approved for the shed.
On a positive note, this week was much better.. Good thing, considering my income stream just came to abrupt end.
