***Post a MEME Thread***

Fuck no, we rode in the back of a pickup truck! A "Real" Pickemup Truck, with one bench seat, 4 wheel drive, 4 speed, 3 pedals, manual brakes, roll down windows, a gun rack with a 30.06 and a .243 in it, no carpet, no seat heaters, no cup holders, no CD player, digital nothin, dodgin beer cans while the Ol Man was doin 80mph, with chains n binders bouncin all over hell, dirty assed PICKEMUP TRUCK! My youngest daughter got pissed the other day cause someone moved the seat in my truck and I just had to laugh. It sucks that our kids will never know some of the things we did as kids.
I truly feel sorry for all the kids that didn't get to experience what we did.

Hard times make strong men, good times make weak men. Times have been good for too long, but I think that's about to change. Hang on and get ready for the ride.

I was mowing lawn on cub cadet at 3.Ran skidloaders and tractors at 6-7 yrs old.Dragrace dirtbikes at 10.At 13 had Kawasaki 900 with big bore kit to dragrace.I rode my dirt bike 7 miles 1 way to work for my father when 10 yrs old.I tell my 86 yr old mom all time ,she be in jail nowadays for letn me be a kid like I was.She gives allot of today's parents shit for being coddling pussy parents.

And she should give 'em hell. Parents today are not doing their kids any favors. A kid has to test the limits so they know where they are. It is unfortunate that some found the limits too early, but that is called life, you have to live it.

I totally agree with ya! To be a bit fair tho, the world was a different place back in our youth, ya didnt have all these fuckin freaks, fags and kiddie diddlers like Chris Baum back then. It werent all fun n games tho, I worked my ass off as a youngin. Doin farm work at Grandpas, yard work at home, washin, polishin the aluminum and helpin Daddy with maintenance and upkeep on his K100 Kenworth, helpin with the sprint car and whatnot. But I wouldnt trade it for anything and I'm proud as hell of my work ethic today because of my upbringin.
