It gives me some small comfort that that memory of yours occasionally hiccoughs.Frick and Watson?
Johann Friedrich Miescher identified DNA in the 1860's. Frick and Watson identified the double helix. None of them invented it.
This is like you "discovering" the fucking ring and pinion after it's been used for 9,000 years..
A Brit "invented the microwave" Of course he was trying for a "death ray"......and accidentally melted his Hershey Bar.......

Metric is easier. This is it's reason for existing. And what makes it a godsend for millenials.
Who really discovered DNA?

My blood sugar is 55....but I still haven't gone stupid.
As I said, Frick and Watson "discovered" the double Helix, they did not discover DNA.
I know where my 7/16 socket is...go find a 10mm.......
Besides....using decimals is plenty simple.
I think you’re mind is contracting Francis Crick into Frick. That’s actually what I was talking about. I’m just jealous. I know you usually post from memory rather than looking things up. I wish my memory was half as good. I, for some reason, remember outcomes/results but I always seem to have to look up the details. Deliberately memorizing has always been tough mental work for me. For some reason, other things just stick and I’ve been content to let my memory do its own thing. Lack of mental discipline?
