I understand disabilities but some fuckers are just lazy and seem to have no shame in watching another fucking dude do the work.
Oh, the word "cement" means a bonding agent. Nobody does "cement work".
The word you meant to use was Concrete. Cement is a part of concrete along with sand, gravel and water.
