Evening you fine people,
Dumb question:cool: using a low dose of N20 to assist the converter staging RPM (might be some questions coming back at me on this one) and hitting the staging RPM limiter, anyone tried it and are there any issues that others may have experienced here?

I know some guys have a time delay for the transbrake solenoid.

You set the transbrake and floor it against the limiter, and when you release, the TwoStep comes off and nitrous activates, but the transbrake loses its ground a tenth or so later.

Another way to achive similar results would be by bleeding off the converter feed line from the cooler. With a T-fitting on the line and a solenoid, you could bleed off charge pressure to the converter back to the oil pan and adjust it with a jet to achieve desired stall.
You could have that solenoid closing on a timer to carry a softer hit while not lugging the engine as much.

I’m probably not understanding what you’re trying to accomplish but from what I understand this sounds like a long way to solve a simple problem. Why not just get the converter worked on?
