Anyone have experience with NDI HX video, sound boards, PTZ optics, etc

I've been asked to do a (video) podcast in a "studio" and all the equipment is already there, plus PCs and Adobe Cloud, and I'm having a hard time getting started. Not sure things are set up correctly and could use some help getting the basics understood.
