... with emphasis on defending its borders with China And Pakistan. The “new” jets are actually an older model but with extensive new warfare upgrades.
A couple of Arleigh Burkes or Ticonderogas would about do it.India does need to enhance and increase their aircraft carrier capabilities. Control of their border with the Chinese is only 33.3% of the equation.
Control of the Straights of Malaka is critical. If oil from the Gulf can be interdicted from the south, and the Chinese Navy can be interdicted from the north, China will lose their ability to wage war anywhere in about 90 days.
Then there are the scumbag Pakistanis
Make it a few of each. That would more than handle the oil shipments....as well as all the shit the Aussies send them. The Straits are a horse of a different color. The Chinese will do about anything to avoid cutting them off.A couple of Arleigh Burkes or Ticonderogas would about do it.
There is no country in Africa of any value, outside of raw materials, with or without the Chinese. The Indian people are good people. Sometimes they are hard to do business with but still, they are good people. They are not likely to EVER blow themselves up in order to kill any of us and they are not trying to take over the planet like China is. We need to keep them as our rock-solid allies. China has already bought lots of countries in Africa so when the world has had enough of China they won't be any help at all.
